Key Responsibilities- Apply the Nutrition Care Process (NCP) to assess, diagnose, and develop nutrition interventions for patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement nutrition education programs for patients and staff.
- Assist in the management of resources to ensure cost-effective and efficient care.
- Participate in quality performance improvement efforts to ensure safe and effective nutrition care.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or related field.
