Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guitar Repair Technician to join our team at Guitar Center. As a Repair Technician, you will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining and repairing customer-owned instruments, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $16.00/hr and $24.00/hr, plus commission depending on background and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
  • Maintain store owned gear as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
