- Audit and Compliance: Perform comprehensive audits of existing agreements and implement a robust compliance program.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and promote effective processes.
- A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with significant experience in high-growth environments.
- Exceptional judgment and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and procurement processes, particularly in relation to healthcare services.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and requirements.
- Experience in supporting public sector initiatives within a B2B, rapidly growing organization.
- Proven track record in developing effective public sector strategies regarding contracts.
- Understanding of facility clearance processes and FOCI mitigation.
- Experience in corporate governance, litigation, and managing outside counsel.
- Possession of an active Top Secret (TS) clearance or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in the intersection of healthcare and blockchain technology.
