Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated E-commerce Department Manager to lead our Internet Sales team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operations, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The E-commerce Department Manager will oversee the entire online sales process, from initial contact to closing deals. This includes managing the website, social media presence, and all other digital platforms. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing promotional strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Internet Sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to increase online visibility and drive sales.
  • Manage and maintain the dealership's website, including updating content, monitoring analytics, and optimizing user experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between online and offline channels.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve processes and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce, sales management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in CRM software, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
