About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Lumberyard Customer Service and Load Builder to join our team at LC Staffing in Somers, MT. As a key member of our yard crew, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensure timely and accurate materials handling and delivery, and utilize product and inventory knowledge to build, load, and deliver materials to customer jobsites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pull and stage materials for customer loads
  • Assist customers with loading materials and provide solutions to their project needs
  • Familiarize yourself with all inventory items and their locations, and maintain a clean and organized yard
  • Unload shipments and store incoming materials in their proper locations
  • Assist with material returns and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Ability to work in seasonal weather conditions
  • Knowledge of safely operating power equipment
  • Ability to lift and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
