FusionWorks is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Gerontopsychiatric Counselor at our esteemed gerontopsychiatric counseling center in Viersen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized, cross-organizational gerontopsychiatric counseling and referrals to appropriate services.
  • Offer person-centered individual case assistance in gerontopsychiatry for affected individuals and their families.
  • Deliver topic-centered information and counseling within the framework of social group work.
  • Engage in community-oriented networking to develop services and care structures.
