Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
- Restock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
- Manage waste disposal and maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles.
- Dust and clean high surfaces, including ceiling fans, televisions, and rafters.
- Notify the Club Manager of any damaged or missing amenities or equipment.
- Adhere to the Lost and Found Policy by promptly reporting lost items to management.
- Previous custodial experience is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work overnight shifts.
- Demonstrated honesty and strong work ethic.
- Capability to independently resolve issues.
- Exhibit professionalism in all interactions, using appropriate language and behavior.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Occasional lifting of items over 80 pounds.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals.
- Regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.
- Ability to perform various physical tasks, including bending, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, and twisting.
