We are seeking highly skilled Anesthetists to join our team at Emory University Hospital (EUH). As a leading academic health system, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment that values shared decision-making and patient-centered care.
About the RoleAs an Anesthetist at EUH, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of surgical cases, including vascular procedures, surgical oncology, and neurosurgery. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Administer general and regional anesthesia to surgical and non-surgical procedure patients
- Interpret and record patient physiological and pharmacological status
- Assist in research projects as carried out by an anesthesiologist
- Establish multi-parameter monitoring of patients prior to, during, and after anesthesia
To be considered for this role, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) program. You must also be licensed or eligible to practice in the State of Georgia and certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) or National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA).
