**About Alliance Law Group**

We are a dynamic law firm seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity and administrative operations of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Compute and record numerical data, including financial transactions and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Verify the accuracy of business transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and colleagues on a daily basis.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or a related field, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial regulations.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline-oriented.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
