Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality code for cloud infrastructure provisioning
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Operations and Development teams
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of the US Cloud strategy leveraging DevOps best practices
  • Architect and sustain a PaaS platform using technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Openstack, and AWS
  • Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems utilizing tools like Prometheus, Jenkins, and ELK
  • Work collaboratively with Development teams to share expertise in cloud technologies

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as Systems Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or DevOps Engineer with a focus on Infrastructure as Code
  • Proficient in scripting or programming languages including Python, Shell, JavaScript, or Go
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS APIs, including CLI, Boto3, CloudFormation, and Terraform
  • Experience with Openstack, Linux, HTTP, REST, and JSON
  • Expertise in systems integration, distributed systems architecture, and designing resilient cloud environments
  • Advanced skills in Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring solutions like Prometheus and ELK
