About You- Elevate your sales skills: Demonstrate the latest innovations in home audio.
- A competitive pay range of $20.00 - $22.00 per hour will motivate you to succeed.
- Experience a flexible schedule: 12 hours per weekend - 6 hour shifts on Saturdays & Sundays. A 6 hour shift on a peak sales day will also be required.
- Sales bonuses: Hit those targets and earn up to a 20% bonus.
- Retention bonus for program completion.
- Paid training: Master Sonos products like a pro.
- Serve as a dedicated brand influencer: Introduce Sonos to members and promote their home theater technology.
- Execute sales strategies against program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors.
- Build relationships with store managers and associates: Create a positive impact and increase Sonos sales in assigned stores.
- Engage the customer: Interact through dazzling product demonstrations to identify home audio products that fit their individual needs.
- Assist and train store personnel: Help them communicate Sonos information with confidence.
- Showcase Sonos products: Displayed perfectly and ready to rock the sales floor.
- Consistency is key: Knock-out those call reports the same day as your store visit.
- Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus.
- Be a star: Bring your enthusiastic attitude, strong sales aptitude, and a high degree of initiative.
- Customer-focused: Wow them with your interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
- Show them what you know: Present Sonos product information confidently to individuals and groups.
- Reliable transportation: Must be able to commute to assigned locations.
- Physical stamina: Able to stand for extended periods of time during shifts and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance.
- Tech-ready: Access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet.
