About the Role:
  We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Registrar to oversee the day-to-day operations of the registrar's office. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to developing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Manage office operations, including registration, grading, student record updates, enrollment reporting, and graduation.
  • Collaborate with the Registrar, Sr. Associate Registrar for Operations, and the Associate Registrar for Product Management Curriculum Liaison.
  • Develop and maintain procedure documentation for all responsibilities and tasks in the office.


Qualifications:
  
  • Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) with at least 4 years of experience in a dynamic Registrar's office, including 2 years of management/supervisory experience.
  • Significant expertise with Student Information System databases (PeopleSoft or Workday preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task.


Compensation: The estimated salary range for this role is $76,000 - $86,000 based on qualifications and experience.
