About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in project team meetings and collaborate with cross-discipline teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed construction documents, including building models, load analysis, equipment sizing, and specifications.
  • Provide expertise in the design of high-efficiency mechanical systems and ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and clients to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on mechanical system design.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited program.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in mechanical system design, including experience coordinating work with multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Demonstrated understanding of construction drawings, specifications, mechanical standards, regulations, and building codes.
  • Ability to successfully prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pursuing licensure or licensed professional engineer (PE) preferred.
  • Experience with Autodesk Revit for mechanical design document production.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
