Digital Systems Architect

Overview: At Trane Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Systems Architect to lead the development and delivery of connected end-to-end digital processes from MBSE to MBM. The ideal candidate will collaborate with domain specialists to ensure data alignment and maintain a continuous digital thread enabling concurrent engineering.

This role requires strong experience in Model Based Systems Engineering and Manufacturing, as well as Dassault or Siemens platforms and tools. The successful candidate will also have expertise in Agile development methodologies and Lean Production Preparation Planning. A bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science is required, with an advanced degree preferred. Certification in Object Management Group Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) or INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) is highly desirable. The salary for this position is estimated at $165,000 per year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and recommending a Digital Design Framework integrated with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform and other key systems to provide a seamless Digital Thread. This includes developing standard work and business operating procedures related to Model Based Systems Engineering and Manufacturing deployment to new product development projects. The candidate must have strong teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and project management skills to work on multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
