Key Responsibilities
  • Lead hands-on construction tasks such as remodeling, drywall repair, decking, tiling, flooring, painting, window work, and door installations
  • Mentor and train team members to ensure high-quality work
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and objectives

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in residential remodeling
  • 2+ years of carpentry experience in a lead role
  • Good knowledge of residential remodeling methods, techniques, systems, and building codes
  • Familiarity with Building Trend or a similar building platform
  • RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
