Job Overview

Muschlitz Excavating, Inc., a leading heavy civil construction company, is seeking skilled Laborers to join its team. As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in the success of our projects, working closely with experienced site supervisors and construction professionals.

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess excellent physical stamina, be able to lift heavy loads, and work well in a fast-paced team environment. You will also need to be able to follow detailed construction plans and instructions, and adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
  • Assembling and disassembling barricades and temporary structures
  • Regulating traffic and erecting traffic signs
  • Digging holes and trenches
  • Performing heavy lifting and moving
  • Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety protocols
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Willingness to undergo training and development programs
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
