Key Responsibilities- Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families
- Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests
- Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations
- Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
- Manage documentation of resident care services
- Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Prescribing programs
In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer:
- An estimated salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience
