As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, collaborating with residents and families, and working with inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team
  • Provide education and support to residents and families on health-related topics
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care

Requirements

  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
  • Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
