• Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on BMW and Mini vehicles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Automotive technical training or trade school degree preferred
• 3+ years of hands-on work experience as an Automotive Technician
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic aptitude and hands-on skills
