Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Vail Resorts. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest units, offices, and common areas to meet brand standards
  • Replenish amenities and supplies in guest units, offices, and common areas
  • Maintain inventory and organization of housekeeping supplies
  • Report any maintenance needs, safety concerns, or accidents to management
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, teammates, and management

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including split shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivating, and strong communicator
