Overview:
Soliant Health is in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential speech and language therapy services within an educational environment. As an SLP, your role will be pivotal in assisting students to navigate communication hurdles, thereby fostering their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Design and execute personalized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique requirements of each student.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic interventions to students experiencing speech and language challenges.
  • Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and other school personnel to enhance student outcomes.
  • Track and document student progress, modifying treatment strategies as needed.
  • Engage in IEP meetings, parent discussions, and other pertinent school gatherings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping in compliance with institutional and district regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of a valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience in a school setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capacity to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
