As a key member of our Emergency Roadside Assistance team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members by delivering prompt and professional assistance to motorists in need.

About the Role:

  • Operate a variety of service vehicles, including full-size and mini trucks, as well as applicable service equipment to assist stranded drivers.
  • Utilize GPS technology and maps to efficiently locate member breakdown locations.
  • Perform a range of vehicle services, such as fuel delivery, battery testing and replacement, jumpstarts, lockout service, and tire changes.
  • Carefully assess each situation to determine the best course of action, ensuring the safety of both our members and the public.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Experience working with electronic devices, such as tablets, is also essential. In addition, you should be physically fit, able to lift up to 75 pounds, and pass a background check, MVR, and DOT health screenings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in vehicle maintenance or repair, particularly with regards to roadside assistance.
  • Ability to safely operate various types of tow trucks, flatbeds, dollies, and other specialized equipment.
