Key Responsibilities
  • Service Department Management: Oversee the daily operations of the service department, including team management, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.

  • Team Leadership: Assist the Center Manager in hiring, training, and managing associates, as well as providing technical support and guidance as needed.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication throughout the center, working closely with the Center Manager and associates to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Management Experience: Minimum 2 years of management experience in a commercial tire or related industry.
  • Commercial Tire Experience: Prior experience in commercial tire sales, service, or management.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant commercial tire service and/or management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, commitment to safety procedures, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
