About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Child Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Community Health Resources. As a member of our Child Outpatient Program, you will provide psychiatric and diagnostic evaluation and treatment to children, adolescents, and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment and treatment interventions consistent with evidence-based models.
  • Document ongoing client progress and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement discharge plans utilizing natural supports.
  • Collaborate with family members and other service providers.
  • Provide crisis assessment and intervention.
  • Maintain client and staff records according to agency policy.
  • Participate in weekly supervision and meetings to review client and program progress.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a mental health field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a psychotherapist working with individuals with mental illness and/or serious emotional disorders.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: LMSW, LPCA, LMFTA required; LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred.
