Job Title: Hub Driver

Hibbett Retail, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hub Driver to transport merchandise between Hibbett or City Gear locations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and safe delivery of goods, maintain accurate records, and adhere to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival at destinations
  • Complete shipment logs and document vehicle movement
  • Load, secure, and protect merchandise in delivery vehicles
  • Offload merchandise in a secure and safe manner
  • Maintain routine vehicle inspections and service
  • Protect company assets and financial information
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • 3 years of driving experience
  • Positive customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds
  • Proficient in applicable technology
  • Must pass a background check and be insurable through Hibbett's insurance vendor
Working Conditions:
