We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Texas Western Hospitality Group. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and promote house drinks to maximize revenue.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare beverages according to standard operating procedures, utilizing up-selling skills to increase sales.
• Point of Sale Operations: Accurately use the POS system, Micros, and collect money, making change and charging to the room as needed.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory and purchase alcohol with General Manager consent.
• Bar Maintenance: Stock the bar and beer cooler area as required, and keep the area neat and orderly, adhering to standard sanitation practices.
• Intoxication Recognition: Recognize intoxicated guests and act accordingly.
• Liquor Control: Maintain liquor at par levels, ordering or requisitioning products using the bottle-for-bottle control system.
• Opening and Closing Procedures: Follow all opening and closing procedures.
• Guest Satisfaction: Maintain continuity of guest satisfaction through constant communication with the wait staff.

• 1 year of bartender experience.
• TABC certification.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
