Job Title: Phlebotomist III - Float Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist III - Float to join our team. As a Phlebotomist III - Float, you will be responsible for drawing quality blood samples from patients in various settings, including doctor's offices, patient service centers, long-term care facilities, and more. Key Responsibilities: * Accurately draw blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics. * Prepare specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures. * Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with patients. * Demonstrate leadership skills and mentor new team members. * Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including sales, laboratory testing services, IT, billing, and logistics.
