About the Role

Sightpath Medical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Technologist to join our team. As a Surgical Technologist at Sightpath Medical, you will play a critical role in assisting surgeons with cataract procedures and delivering mobile cataract surgical equipment to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons with cataract procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism and expertise
  • Deliver mobile cataract surgical equipment to our customers and ensure it is in good working condition
  • Maintain inventory and ensure that all equipment is properly stored and maintained
  • Develop strong relationships with doctors and their staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Travel to various locations to deliver equipment and assist with surgeries
Requirements
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
  • Associate's degree in Surgical Technology or related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
