Job Title: Clinic Support Center Manager

Savas Health is seeking an experienced Clinic Support Center Manager to oversee the efficient and effective operations of our clinic services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, excellent leadership skills, and a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Billing and Revenue Cycle: Oversee billing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and manage revenue cycle processes to optimize reimbursement.
  • Training and Development: Manage training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee clinic facilities, ensuring maintenance and upkeep, and manage vendor relationships for facilities services.
  • Information Technology (IT): Collaborate with IT teams to ensure clinic technology infrastructure and oversee the implementation of new technology solutions.
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze and improve clinic workflows and processes, develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Supervise service line teams, provide guidance and support, and collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure alignment.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements, identify and mitigate operational risks, and develop and implement policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of healthcare operations experience, preferably in clinic management.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, no weekends, in person at our Scottsdale location.
