About the Role

Morgan Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair service issues, including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Ensure that properties meet company standards and applicable laws.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and follow up with residents and office staff on the status of work.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, requiring flexibility to work nights and weekends.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Personal vehicle and auto insurance.
  • Live within a 30-minute commute of the property.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • One or more years of experience in apartment maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and small appliance repair.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
  • HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification and/or Boiler's License a plus.
