We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physician Assistant to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at one of our prestigious hospitals. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced physicians and nurses to provide high-quality patient care.

About the Position:

  • This is a full-time opportunity in an fast-paced ICU setting, covering 365 hospital beds with a busy emergency department seeing over 67K annual ED volume.
  • The ideal candidate will have 54.43 hours of physician coverage and 55.14 hours NP/PA coverage per week, ensuring comprehensive support for patients and staff.
  • You will be working alongside a team that values collaboration, innovation, and exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress and goals.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on health-related topics.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in [State].
