Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician. Requirements include a Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program, certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
