**About the Role:**

This position is responsible for managing operations on assigned units, ensuring high standards of care are maintained, and collaborating with clinical staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be knowledgeable in infection prevention practices, and demonstrate a commitment to providing quality care.

**Benefits and Salary:**

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as shift differentials, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive benefits, 401K with employer match, and opportunities for internal growth and development.

**Responsibilities:

  • Supervise clinical staff on assigned units
  • Provide guidance and education to clinical staff
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care
  • Implement and maintain established infection prevention practices

**Requirements:

  • Valid State of Iowa license (Registered Nurse, RN)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of infection prevention practices
