Responsibilities:

* Evaluate residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to identify areas of impairment and develop treatment plans to address these needs.
* Implement treatment plans using a variety of techniques, including exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident treatment and progress.

Requirements:

* Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Valid Florida professional license as an Occupational Therapist.
* At least one year of experience in long-term care or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
