We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our perioperative services, providing direct and indirect care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

• Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgical procedures, ensuring that all necessary supplies and instruments are available.
• Assist surgeons and other medical staff during procedures, maintaining a safe and sterile environment.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the surgical team.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant, EMT, or current Nursing Student with Fundamentals of Nursing or equivalent med/surgical clinical rotation.
• AHA Heartsaver CPR and AED program.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
