Role Summary
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality food products and excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to a high standard and that our guests receive a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and improve existing recipes
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to a high standard
- Work closely with our chefs to deliver high-quality food products and excellent customer service
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in culinary arts, preferably with a degree or diploma in a related field. You should also have at least 5 years' experience in a senior kitchen role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality food products and excellent customer service.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
