Campus Evangelism Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Campus Evangelism Leader. This role will involve coaching students on campus, building relationships with local churches and community leaders, and working in partnership with pastors, teachers, parents, and the general Christian community.
About UsDecision Point is an evangelical non-profit that exists to proclaim the gospel to the next generation. We focus on equipping, sending and reaching students on their school campuses and online.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They will be responsible for coaching students, building relationships with local churches and community leaders, and working in partnership with pastors, teachers, parents, and the general Christian community.
Key Responsibilities- Crossing the generational gap by building strong relationships with youth pastors and other church leaders
- Recruiting, training and leading teams of student leaders who can effectively share the gospel with their peers
- Collaborating with local churches and community organizations to expand our reach and impact

Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in ministry or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including annual salary ranging from $48,000 - $64,000 based on experience and qualifications.
