Job Description

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with Soliant, you will provide essential speech and language services to students with communication disorders. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and assessing students to diagnose communication disorders
  • Developing individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Delivering speech and language therapy in individual and group settings
  • Collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure optimal student outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attending meetings and providing progress reports

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Colorado State SLP License
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
