Marine Outfitter

The Sales Outfitter is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support. This role involves greeting and acknowledging customers, handling merchandise with care, and providing information and assistance to customers.

• Support a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Insure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Demonstrate product to customers and remain knowledgeable of advertised sales.
• Replenish product on shelves as required and maintain a clean and well-stocked work area.
• Follow all Company Policies and Procedures and provide a legendary experience for every customer, every time.

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers, and customers.
