We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Lithia Motors. As a Ford Master Technician, you will be responsible for performing automotive repairs and service with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting store and factory standards.
Responsibilities:
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction and complete all work according to applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work and document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
• Maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools and provide exemplary customer service as a team player.
Requirements:
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
• Minimum of 5 years experience, with current Ford Master Technician certification.
