Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure effective and efficient maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and materials.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of maintenance personnel.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and improving productivity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
