Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab Specialist

Quik Travel Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Travel Nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse to work on a travel contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing patients for catheterization, angioplasty, and pacemaker implantations.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for catheterization, angioplasty, and pacemaker implantations
  • Conduct and document comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments and tests
  • Monitor patient's vitals and sedation, reporting any adverse reactions in a timely manner
  • Educate patients and families on discharge information, including care
  • Participate in the execution and implementation of patient care plans, reviewing and revising plans as needed
  • Flexibility to travel to the assignment location
  • Availability to work the facility's required schedule
  • Willingness to complete onboarding items in a timely manner
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and strive for the highest quality of patient care
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab nurse
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school
  • Current state-specific RN license in good standing, or if applicable, a compact state RN license in good standing
  • BLS certification required
  • ACLS certification required
