About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to work in our Catheterization Laboratory. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in cath lab procedures, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures and operate equipment as needed.
- Assist physicians during procedures by administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
- Maintain a sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols during procedures.
- Monitor patients' post-procedure recovery, assess for complications, and provide education and support.
Requirements
- Current RN license.
- BLS certification (other certifications may be required).
- 2 years of recent cath lab experience.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills.
Compensation
$34,580 per year ($2,745.40 per week), based on a 4-day schedule and annualized to $69,496 per year.
