Role Responsibilities

The primary role of the Installation Measurement Specialist involves:

  • Conducting precise pre-installation measurements at job sites to verify the accuracy of Sales Consultant quotes prior to product orders.
  • Traveling between various job locations to perform inspections and measurements.
  • Ensuring compliance with Revelare Kitchens and The Home Depot's core values during all customer and associate interactions.
Key Duties

The responsibilities include:

  • Measuring sold jobs for accuracy to guarantee the correct products are ordered.
  • Utilizing a CRM system to prepare material orders and conducting final audits to ensure order accuracy.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance standards related to timely measurements and effective communication with customers.
  • Collaborating with service providers and the Installation Manager to manage daily activities and workloads efficiently.
  • Maintaining safety standards at all times.
Qualifications

As a service provider for The Home Depot, candidates must undergo background checks. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in using mobile devices for data entry.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic measuring and math skills.
  • Knowledge of installation trades.
