Familiarity with the Georgia Civil Practice Act and relevant matter handling experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in discovery, particularly depositions, motion practice, and second chair litigation experience at the trial level

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
