- Oversee a portfolio generating substantial revenue, exceeding $500,000.
- Serve as the primary Account Executive for client accounts.

- Cultivate relationships with C-Suite executives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and senior account teams to achieve a retention rate of at least 92% year-over-year, utilizing the OMNI and Risk Assessment methodologies.
- Exhibit strategic insight and innovation, leveraging market knowledge, carrier insights, and product understanding, including key technical and financial considerations.
- Actively participate in Get, Prep, Close, and Keep meetings, as well as individual Producer meetings.
- Foster positive collaboration and seek cross-selling opportunities across various practices (Property/Casualty, Employee Benefits, USICG, etc.) to enhance client relationships.
- Manage the overall client relationship, ensuring consistent profitability, client satisfaction, and organic growth.
- Work alongside leadership to select suitable account management personnel and subject matter experts for effective sales presentations.
- Design and execute sales and marketing strategies, along with regular communications to enhance USI's market position.
- Represent USI positively and proactively at meetings, seminars, trade shows, and networking events.
- Collaborate with the account management team and national/regional resources to maximize outcomes.
- Clearly communicate client objectives to account management teams.
- Ensure optimal staff utilization for the assigned portfolio and work with account management to stay updated.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in insurance brokerage, carrier operations, or related business-to-business sales.
- Must possess a personable demeanor and a strong drive for personal and professional growth.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and follow-up capabilities.
- Profound understanding of Employee Benefits.
- A consultative, positive, and resourceful approach when engaging with prospects, clients, and colleagues.
- Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
- Strong listening skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to engage with senior management and maintain a professional executive presence.
- A college degree and current insurance licensing are preferred.
