MaineHealth is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Chase Point. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the overall mission of our organization.

About the Job

This is a full-time position, with the possibility of a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. The successful candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

The LPN will be responsible for providing supportive and restorative care to residents, administering medications and treatments, and reinforcing the resident and family teaching program. Additionally, the LPN will work closely with the registered nurse to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
  • A graduate degree from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
  • A current applicable state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • A current BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • IV certification.
