Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Morning Janitor to join our team at Timberline Lodge. As a Morning Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep and mop floors, including restrooms, to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Perform overall upkeep of floors, including sweeping and mopping, to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Clean and stock restrooms to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Participate in our Health & Safety Program by identifying and reporting potential hazards, reporting incidents, and promoting a healthy workplace.
  • Exercise stewardship of all Timberline Lodge facilities and environments, ensuring that efforts are made to reduce, reuse, and recycle when the opportunity is present.
  • Present a professional, quality image at all times.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
Requirements
  • Must be detail-oriented with the ability to meet high cleaning standards.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be flexible and capable of bending, twisting, and kneeling.
  • Must be able to work in tight spaces.
  • Must be able to move in a timely fashion to meet the pace and demands of the position.
  • Must be able to work with basic cleaning chemicals.
  • Must be able to walk in snow, icy, uneven, and slippery conditions.
Compensation

$17.00 per hour
