Britt Medical Search is seeking a talented Interventional Cardiologist to join its team at a non-profit medical center serving Horry County and surrounding counties. Located 15 minutes outside of Myrtle Beach, SC, this esteemed institution offers a unique opportunity for a skilled physician to make a meaningful impact in the field of cardiology.
Job OverviewThis full-time position is designed to provide an ideal work-life balance, with 4.5 days dedicated to clinic time and 0.5 days devoted to administrative tasks per week. The successful candidate will have access to state-of-the-art facilities, including a Globus Celsius robot, and will be part of a collaborative team consisting of 5 MDs and 3 NPs.
The medical center's commitment to patient-centered care is evident in its use of evidence-based processes and long-term participative relationships. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative strategies to capture more interventional cardiology cases, leveraging the hospital's existing strengths in cath lab procedures and consultative services.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat patients with cardiovascular diseases, utilizing advanced imaging techniques and minimally invasive procedures.
- Collaborate with the cardiology and oncology departments to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
