Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chef at St. Bernard's to lead our culinary team in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Design seasonal menus featuring alpine-inspired comfort food for breakfast, après, and dinner services.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a talented kitchen team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Cost Management: Develop and manage kitchen budgets, ensuring effective cost control.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Chef or Sous Chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
  • Culinary Education: Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Skills:
  • Expertise in menu development with a focus on alpine-inspired dishes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
